The Children and Family Ministry of Kenosha First Assembly will be holding a “Take the Lake” 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, June 16th at Lake Andrea in Pleasant Prairie, WI. All proceeds from this event will help with the many community service projects we get involved in across the country.
The race is open to all families in both running and walking categories. The registration fee is $25 per racer if registered by June 3rd. After June 3rd the fee is $30. Children 12 and under are FREE. Each paid and registered person will receive a FREE t-shirt. To be guaranteed a T-shirt, participants need to register by June 3rd.
Race day registration and runner’s packets may be picked up from 7:00 -7:30 am., in the Rec Plex Field House 9900 Terwall Terrace Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. The race will start at 8am.

Come celebrate the work of our boys and girls and get a peek at how they have been building relationships in the kids' small groups! On Wednesday night, May 30, at 6:30-8:00 PM, all of the kids and parents are invited to participate in a review of the past year's achievements! You'll see snapshots of fun events like Skate Night and Pinewood Derby, hear testimonies of mentoring by our fantastic volunteers, and get to recognize your son or daughter for the units they have completed this year. And of course, there will be snacks and treats for all! Join us for the last night of small groups this school year!]]>
